The SEN local offer of Balby Central Primary School provides parents and carers with essential
information about the school and services we offer for children and young people with disabilities
and Special Educational Needs. The intention of the Local Offer is to improve choice and
transparency for families and to provide professionals with an understanding of the range and
services to be found within the school.

This is part of the Local offer for Doncaster Council.

Core Offer At Balby Central we have a Read Write Inc teacher for 3 days a week, a full time
closing the gap teacher, a Learning and Welfare Mentor and an Early Years
Intervention Assistant. The school has a strong team of Learning Support
Assistants and Teaching Assistants across school catering for all levels of need.
