AFFIDAVIT
I, MARIA CECILIA J. PASANA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Manggahan Road
6, North Daang Hari, Bagong Tanyag, Pasay City, after having duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:
1. That I am voluntarily and willingly executing this affidavit under the
questioning of SPO1 Conrad P. Mapili in the Investigation and Detective
Management Section (IDMS) today, August 1, 2007, 4:05 pm in front of DSWD

of

constitutional

2. That I am willing to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth;
3. That I am 12 years of age, can read and write in English and Filipino, and
finished Grade five (5) in school;
4. That my parents did not want to accompany me here because they are afraid
that they will be implicated with this ordeal as they are only pansit vendors in
the market;
5. That I am here to testify regarding the death of Manoy;
6. That while I was playing a game with my computer, I heard two gun shots. I
went outside and I saw Manoy being hit twice with a dustpan on his face and
back. Thereafter, those who killed Manoy ran to the market;
7. That the person I saw hitting Manoy with a dustpan is Loloy Galiga, who
resides at the downtown market;
8. That I know Loloy Galiga because he works at the computer shop beside the
computer shop where I play computer games and we play basketball at the
covered court;
9. That I did not know the other seven (7) persons who were with Loloy Galiga
during the incident ;
10.That I saw one of the seven (7) persons who were with Loloy had a gun;
11.That I was with someone when I saw this incident but I was the only one who
saw what happened to Loloy;
12.That this incident happened on a Sunday, July 29, 2007, 2am at the Freedom
Park, North Daang Hari, Tanyag, Pasay;
13.That I saw Loloy Galiga and the incident that happened vividly because of the
light posts;
14.That after reading this affidavit and explaining it in Filipino by the DSWD
representative, I fully understand the contents of this affidavit, and I fully
attest to the truth of the foregoing and for whatever legal purpose it may
serve.
