Dear Parents/Guardians:
Registration for the 2014-2015 academic year for current families will begin January 20, 2014 and continue through February 21, 2014.
The enclosed information will reflect a non-increase in school tuition. Tuition charged obviously does not cover the entire yearly cost of an education at SMDP. Therefore, our school must rely on fundraisers, grants, parish allocations, and gifts to cover the remaining cost. I realize that you make a financial sacrifice to send your child/children to our Catholic school, but I know that you will agree with me that the financial investment is well worth it. The strong academics provided along with building Catholic identity will become a strong foundation for the children as they grow into adulthood.
San Martin de Porres Catholic School prides itself in providing a well-rounded Catholic education for all children. Teachers continue to provide the best learning opportunity for their students. This school will not accept teacher requests of any kind.
Enclosed you will find the registration information and forms for the 2014-2015 academic year. Please review all of the information carefully and complete all of the necessary forms. Acceptance of children with siblings already enrolled in our school is contingent upon space availability, test scores, grades and conferences between the parents/guardians and the principal. Priority admission will be given to our returning families through February 21, 2014. After this date, open enrollment for new families to our school will commence on February 3, 2014. Admission decisions will be made as applications for enrollment are approved. Im looking forward to another great year.
Please return or drop off the following: Completed registration form with registration fee of $200.00 per student Admission documents as described in attached registration information form.
Respectfully in Christ,
Reyna Ortega M.Ed., Principal
