Why have you selected this team?
After successful start in the first leg of IPL (2008) by
winning the inaugural match teams performance
dipped and remained poor for the next two seasons.
In 2011 they revamped their strategy and their
performance improved dramatically and they
managed to reach semi-finals. In further seasons
they won two championships and also qualified for
Champions League.

Why is the team successful?
In 2011 team had taken a strategy decision to
revamp the team. The owners allowed team to
pursue the strategy. This team is totally professional
and is excellent in the way it conducts itself both on
and off the field.
