Herbalife Shake Recipes
It is easy to make a tasty and very healthy breakfast, even if you're in a
hurry. Just throw it all into the mixer and within a few minutes a delicious
healthy breakfast is ready, full of vitamins, minerals and healthy herbs,
with much more nutrition than common breakfast cereals.
You can choose and mix between several flavours: vanilla, chocolate, wild
berry, tropical fruit, cappuccino, and cookies & cream. The cocktails you
make can be standard and simple, but they can also be the fruit of your

Aloha Delight
1 cup of low fat milk or soy milk
2 tablespoons Formula 1 Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract
1 tablespoon orange juice
3 ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Serve chilled, garnished with fresh pineapple and a sprig of mint.
