Subject: Survey for Outside the Box 2.0


Greetings!

Last year, the Standing Committee of Medical Education and the Standing
Committee of Research Exchange held Outside the Box, a conference that aimed to
provide medical students adjunct learning experience outside the things learned in
the classroom

This year, all seven Standing Committees of AMSA Philippines are organizing
Outside the Box 2.0. It will be held on Saturday, 29 November 2014 at De La
Salle Health Sciences Institute. The official invitation for this event has been sent to
your official e-mail.

In line with this, you and your members are enjoined to participate in the online
survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/YVV8MWZ. This survey will be used to
gauge the number of participants, as well as to gather ideas for the improvement of
the conference. It will close on Friday, 26 September 2014.

Moreover, publicity materials for the event will be uploaded soon. Likewise, you are
urged to share these to your constituents. Details on registration and transport will
be relayed to you once the Organizing Committee finalizes the details.

The success of this conference, like any project of AMSA Philippines, lies on the
extent of participation of every member. Your cooperation in this matter is highly
appreciated.
