we want to talk about the importance of quality management since it is tool critical of
the organization also I would like to explain the benefit of the company with some
examples of companies real, an the organization objetive is to build a quality
management that identifies and satisfies customer needs, through the provision of
services with high quality standards, the collective construction of this tool is based on
the identification of processes that enable companies to better control of the activities
and the achievement of the targets set for each process effectively.
the quality management is a company procedure that contribute to achieve the quality
goals based on international standars, it process the control of several company
activities in different sectors for example in the execution, planning, development,
quality control, and the any customer services. The quality management is necessary
to improve the activities of the mission in the company and generate quality indicators
that could achieve the organization be more competitive.
the quality management has many benefits for the company, we will mention some of
the most important in different contexts, to the client; Receive timely, efficient and
quality services Save effort and money by not having to repeat steps and
documentation, for staff Reduce physical and mental stress, increase satisfaction in
their daily activities, improving the organizational climate, reduce discomfort resulting
from work overload, for the organization improves image with customers and
employees Provides a service characterized by warmth, tolerance and responsibility
this makes companies more competitive.
Examples of quality management in companies, prevent the occurrence of problems,
detect them when they occur, identify the cause, removing the cause, continuous
improvement and mutually beneficial relationships with employees, suppliers and
customers make the management of quality is a process-based structure with
overcoming organizational objectives.
