Homework

Week of: 9/8-9/12

Language Arts:
Reading Log: Students must read a
total of 2 hours each week and record
your reading in the reading log.
Spelling: Spelling tests are on Friday. It
is your responsibility to study and be
prepared for the test on Friday.
Vocabulary: Some weeks students will
have a vocabulary test. We work with
these words often throughout the
week, I suggest having a conversation
about what each word means.
Math:
After we have all become more familiar with the
new curriculum, then I will start to send home
some math homework. IXL and practicing math
facts at home are recommended. Let me know if
you need sign in information for IXL.
Homework Folders:
Though I wont be sending homework home
every night, I still want students to get into the
habit of bring their folders everyday.
