AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

I, Phillip Piccio, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of Interior General Tinio St.,
Quezon District, Cabanatuan City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and say:

1. That I am the accused in Criminal Cases Nos. 21952-58 & 21966-67 (9 counts of libel)
pending before RTC Branch 86, Cabanatuan City;

2. That for my provisional liberty, I have posted a cash bond in the amount of FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00) each case, deposited at the Office of the Clerk of
Court, Regional Trial Court, Cabanatuan City under Official Receipt No.

2014;

3. I hereby undertake to comply with the following conditions of my bail to wit:
a) The undertaking shall be effective upon approval and remain in force at all
stages of the case until its final determination, unless the Court directs
otherwise;
b) I will appear before the Court whenever so required;
c) That my failure to appear at the trial without justification despite due notice
shall be deemed an express waiver of my rights to be present on the date
specified in the notice. In such case, the trial may proceed in absentia; and
d) I shall surrender myself for promulgation/execution of final judgment.
