J-size ECC



Description

Our reserch laboratories have created a polyvinyl alcohol free product based on
carboxylated co-polymer technology. The J-size ECC was created to meet increasing
demands for low B.O.D./C.O.D. requirements. At the same time, J-size ECC provides
excellent properties for sizing of high density fabrics, simple preparation and easy
desizeability.

Slashing and Weaving

Slashing is neat and simple with J-size ECC. Warps slashed with our J-size ECC exhibit
easy splits at the lease rods, minimal yarn hairiness and reduced stuck ends. Slasher
shedding is virtually eliminated.


Desizing

J-size ECC is easy to remove. A hot water preparation is normally sufficient for complete
removal of the size. As an assistant, it is recommended to use 1 gm/lt. of an anionic or non-
ionic detergent.
