Information Technology (IT) is the application of
computers and telecommunication equipment to store,
retrieve, transmit and manipulate data.
Technology Information has changed work and office
practices in the past ten years by developing devices,
developing software, improving communications and
increasing efficiency.


Increased Efficiency
Efficiency is the level of performance that describes a process that uses the
lowest input to create the greatest amount of output.










Increases speed, Frees up valuable time. (Output > Input)

manually create documents and
reports

correspondences and store it in
computer database

Based on the explanation above, we can all conclude that information
and technology is all important for us. Without it, we will feel different and
insignificant.
