World Geography Syllabus

Course Overview
Students will be introduced to the vocabulary and concepts of mapmaking and Human
Geography. Students will learn practical mapmaking and map-reading skills. The course
will examine the physical and human geography of each major continent. Students will be
expected to explore, research and present various case studies in the form of multimedia
presentations and essay writing.
