SCHOOL REFERRAL
1. For an adolscent i.e. under 18, a court date is set to determine the next course of action where a judge will rule a sentence depending on the circumstances of the situation and its severity. 2. The courts may offer a range of consequences including seeking rehabilitation as part of conditions and as an alternative to being sentenced to time in a juvanille correction facility. 3. Rileys Youth of the streets can provide support programmes similar to that offered within a juvinille centre. This helps to regulate life again after prison. JUVENILLE JUSTICE SYSTEMS

2. Once a call is made Staff on duty will conduct an initial telephone assessment to assess eligibility for the service. If the family or friend provides enough viable information on the state of the person they are referring then the agency would be able to act upon the referral. 3.
