1. I have been offered employment with Igate Global Solutions

Limited (“iGATE”) commencing from 07-12-2009 as SOFTWARE

ENGINEER IN GRADE M1

2. On 05-12-2009 I executed a Deed of Indemnity in favour

of iGATE, undertaking to comply with the terms of my

employment and undertaking to serve iGATE for a period of Two

(2) years from 07-12-2009.

On 05-12-2009 I executed a Deed of Indemnity in favour of

(“iGATE”), along with Mr. DEVANADA A J undertaking to indemnify

iGATE in the event of any breach by Mr. DEVANANDA A J of the Deed of

Indemnity.
