The consignor ( LabTech Intl ) sent a package
of radioactive pharmaceutical medicine
(Co-60) via AirBus 600 from France to Manila,
Philippines for treatment of Cancer at St.
Lukes Medical Center, Makati City.
The package arrived on Dec. 16, 2008 with
proper documentation but upon examining
the item, thru a active dosimeter no reading
was noted.
