I would suggest you to perform a clean boot and check.
1. Log on to the computer by using an account that has administrator rights.
2. Click Start, type msconfg.ee in the Start Search bo, and then press !"#!$ to start the System Confguration %tility. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confrmation, type your password, or click Continue. &. 'n the (eneral tab, click Selecti)e Startup, and then click to clear the Load startup items check bo. *#he %se 'riginal +oot.ini check bo is una)ailable., -. 'n the Ser)ices tab, click to select the .ide all /icrosoft ser)ices check bo, and then click 0isable all. 1. Click '2, and then click $estart. 3. Check if you still ha)e the issue.
