RE: Nurse Educator Council Agenda Item
Hi, Kassidy.
The 4/3 meeting would work best for me. I've already received the feedback from the Pt Ed committee, but
am trying to iron out one last item with them before I approve all their changes. I can send it to you as
soon as I have it figured out.
Would you let me know what time the meeting occurs and where its located?
Thanks,
Aurora

Hi Aurora,
Wed love to have you present at NEC; when do you expect to receive the Pt Ed feedback?
We have a meeting on 4/3 and again on 4/17; which date is best?
I have included Kassidy Straub who coordinates these meetings; please reply to her. Thank you very
much.

Kari,

Barb Krumbach told me that you're the contact person to get on the agenda for the Nurse Educator Council
meetings. I've been working on a Pain Education Tool for patients that has been vetted by the Pain
Committee and interested stakeholders and is currently going through the Patient Education Committee
for final approval. Once its complete, my understanding is that I need to go through your committee for the
roll out, since its going to be hospital wide. I'd only need 15 minutes, I think, and can bring a few slides to
discuss the tool. I know you meet twice a month, and since I still need the Pt Ed Committee's feedback,
maybe we could shoot for the April 3rd meeting, if that works for you? Please let me know.

Thanks for your help,
Aurora
