Management Plan
The statement of purpose: Our
classroom will provide a safe, fun,
and positive learning environment
which fosters growth in students
not only educationally, but also as a
well-rounded person. All students
will have an active role in our
classroom environment, and will be
an important part of our learning
process, by contributing to the
positive environment, both
educationally and creatively.

Culture
Culture is the process by which a person becomes
all that they were created capable of being.
Thomas Carlyle

Posters throughout my classroom will show
acceptance of all cultures.

I will build relationships to know more about my
students and their parents culture.
Cultural Competence
I will teach culture through:
books
Sharing
Sensitivity
Role playing
Collaboration
I will teach social, emotional, and relationship skills, so my students

I will collaborate with fellow teachers who see my students and
create a relationship of sharing and caring for the children.

Teaching Action Plan
It is very important to teach these rules and procedures to the class.
I will get input from class on what they think the rules should be
while steering them to the rules I have, so they feel ownership in
them.
I will touch up on these rules periodically throughout the year
when they come up and role play some every six weeks.
