Step Wise Procedure to apply for convocation by www.jntuworld.com
Step 1
Go to http://epayments.jntuh.ac.in/onlineconvocationservices/

Step 2
Register as a student by clicking on New User Registration .

Step 3
As soon as you click on New User Registration, u will be promoted to next page where u
need to give your Hall ticket no/Roll no. Click on submit button after u enter the Hall ticket
no/Roll no.

Step 4
U will get a Student Registration form, where u need to furnish details given in the page.
After filling the form click on Register

Step 5
You will get all the details which u had entered so that u can verify them & take
a print of the details for future usage. You can click on Return To Login which
can be seen on the right hand bottom of the web page.


Step 6
Now u will return to the main convocation page, Enter your hall ticket number
as your username & password (Which u had given at the time of registration)
then click on Login

If u had forgot the password then click on forgot password so that u can retrieve it.

Step 7
Click on Photo Status.


Step 8
U will get Do & Do nots while uploading the photo .Click on Next


Step 9
U will get a page where u can find the instruction for uploading the digital photograph.
Instructions for Uploading Digital Photograph
The Photo should be in color.The Size of photo should be in between 6-20 KB only.
The Photo print should be clear and with a continuous tone and quality.
The Photo should have full face, front view, eyes open.

Photo should present full head from top of hair to bottom of chin.
Center head within frame.
The background should be plain white or off white.
There should not be any distracting shadows on the face or on the background.
U need to upload the image resolution of 100 X 120

Upload Photo in JPEG/JPG format Only.

Click on Submit after u choose file.

Step 10
Instructions for Uploading Digital PC
a) The PC should be in color and The size of PC should be between 200-300 KB only.
b) Upload PC in JPEG/JPG format Only.

Click on Submit after u choose the file.

Step 11
Select Radio button Post-Convocation or In-Convocation or Pre-Convocation what
ever option u get.

Step 12
You will be re-directed to the page where u can find the Personal profile, Address
communication, Permanent Address. Cross verify the details once again.

Enter the Provisional certificate number (PC number) which printed above the Sl. No. PC (As
shown in the below screen-shots), Pass Division (Which u can find it the PC).
Important Note : In PC number we need to remove first two number from the PC while
entering. (ex: if PC number is 0614333 then we need to enter '14333' )


For B.Tech students only there is another entry Serial Number of CMM. Not for others like
MCA/MBA . Check the below picture for the CMM no example.

If u select Online Challan it will generates a challan form with your name, then go to any
branch of SBH bank only & pay the amount, preserve your receipt, the OD will be sent to
your address (which you had given in the registration form) within a month or so by post.
U can even use the online Payment, after the payment is done u will get the receipt for
download, preserve it for future purpose (Until u get the OD).
