Heartiest and well-deserved congratulations on the progress you have made with COTA !!

I had planned to attend the IME meeting in GDL but had to address other business interests that
developed in Grand Rapids. However I have followed the development of COTA and want you and your
newly elected officers of COTA know that this organization has been badly needed for many years. It is a
singularly major contribution to bring about commercial opportunities and cultural understanding in the
Americas.

Gil, your pragmatic and professional background is of major help in getting COTA to where it is now.
