In Pakistan HABIB BANK LIMITED established operation in 1947 and head office
moved in Karachi. First international branch established in Colombo sirilanka 1951 and
HABIB bank plaza was built in 1972. IN recent year offered commercial banking and
retail banking.
He HABIB BANK LIMITED provides all necessary information and facilities to customer.
in this way satisfied customer stay in the market .the banking act between customer and
bank .what customer want and what h.b.l want.

INTRODUCTION OF HABIB BANK LIMITED
HABIB bank limited is a great leader in Pakistan service industry and network of 1425
domestic branches in Pakistan. And 55% international branches develop to meet the
need of customer. H.B.L l established in 1941 at Bombay but history of H.B.L start in
1841 .when a young boy Ismail reached in Bombay for job. He got the job. he was very
intelligent and hard working boy . Easily handle every problem .in a few month they
became partner of his boss. Achieve every goals and target .they elected as a
president of the market. Many years later during achievement his business expanded
day by day. he an ganged in private banking so H.B.L established in Bombay in 25
august 1941 .this business start with fixed capital 25000 rupees
This bank moved to Karachi after the creation of Pakistan, when quad azam
Muhammad Ali Janna asked for moved bank in Karachi .HABIB bank limited
established in quad city at 1943. It became progress for Pakistani people during the
early year newly born state government face the huge problem of fund shortage. H.B.L
helps the governance bank. H.B.L provides different services and fund for solving the
problem. Internet banking used in all bunches. The strongest point of H.B.L provides
great services to all type of customer. Therefore mostly customer attract with
H.B.L.H.B.L providing different services like retail and commercial banking and H.B.L
enjoy 20% market share in Pakistan. Mostly customer satisfied the service of

OVERVEIW OF ORGANIZATION
History
. HBL was recognized in 1941 in Mumbai (India) by Mr. Ismail HABIB. It was the first
bank founded by a Muslim family in India. It was established with a paid up capital of
RS. 2.5 Million. In the beginning the number of its branches was 12. HABIB Group was
the owner of this bank up to December 31; 1973.At the time of creation of Pakistan,
HBL had been even paying salaries to the government employees because the
Pakistan government hat not adequate recourses. In 1974 Karachi saw its 1

commercial bank of newly formed Islamic Republic of
Pakistan, when the bank shifted its head office there.
Throughout the decades HBL has held the mantle of
dynamic leader, by adding value to the lives of its
customers. In 1997, Ministry of Financial hired a
managing team including President Shaukat Tureen. In
2001
Government of Pakistan privatized the bank by selling
51% share to Aga Khan fund for Economic
Development (AKFED).HBL management has so far
offered Golden Hand Shake/voluntary scheme in 1997,
2001 and 2005 due to which staff strength reduced
from 31099(in 1996) to 16314(in 2005).In 2006,it has 14572 number of employees.
After introducing professional management in 1997, HBL succeeded from net loss of Rs
6.802 billion to profit of Rs.12.700 billion.
In 2001, HBL introduced consumer products i-e Life Style, Auto Loan, Flexi Loan and
House Loan. In 2005, it introduced Visa Debit and in October 2007 it has launched HBL
Visa card. It has also extended consumer loans about Rs.40 billion to the customers.
In 2005, HBL undertook the setting up of the Beijing Representative Office in Beijing in
2005. On February 22, 2006, the Beijing Representative Office was officially opened
during the same month; HBL & UCCB signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the
intention of further expanding HBL's presence in the CHINENS MARKET
NATURE OF ORGANIZATION

Banking services were first practiced in ancient Lydia, Phoenicia, any Greece, where
trade and commerce flourished. The temples in Babylonia made loans from their
treasuries as early as 2000 BC. The temples of ancient Greece served as safe-deposit
vaults for the valuables of worshipers. The Greeks also coined money and developed a
system of credit. The Roman Empire had a highly developed banking system, and its
bankers accepted deposits of money, made loans, and purchased mortgages. The first
bank to offer most of the basic banking functions known today was the Bank of
Barcelona in Spain. Founded by merchants in 1401, this bank held deposits, exchanged
currency, and carried out lending operations. It also is believed to have introduced the
bank check. Three other early banks, each managed by a committee of city officials,
were the Bank of Amsterdam (1609), the Bank of Venice (1587), and the Bank of
Hamburg (1619). These institutions laid the foundation for modern banks of deposit and
transaction.
Definition and purpose of Bank
Banking is the business of providing financial services to consumers and businesses.
The basic services a bank provides are checking accounts, which can be used like
money to make payments and purchase goods and services; savings accounts and
time deposits that can be used to save money for future use; loans that consumers and
businesses can use to purchase goods and services; and basic cash management
services such as check cashing and foreign currency exchange. A broader definition of
a bank is
Any financial institution that receives, collects, transfers, pays, exchanges, lends,
invests, or safeguards money for its customers.Banking services serve two primary
purposes. First, by supplying customers with the basic mediums-of-exchange (cash,
checking accounts, and credit cards), banks play a key role in the way goods and
services are purchased. Without these familiar methods of payment, goods could only
be exchanged by barter , which is extremely time-consuming and inefficient accepting
money deposit from serves and lending he money to borrow bank encourage the flow of
money to productive use and investment.

GENERAL BANKING
General banking deals with following services:

REMITTANCE
It is transfer of funds. Funds can be transferred in shape of pay orders, demand draft,
and mail telegram. Payments of fees of different organizations, fulfillment of tenders,
and collection of funds are the main functions of remittance.

PAY ORDER
Pay order is the property of person/company that has to take the benefit of the amount
being pay ordered by the concerned person. Pay orders are made for the payment of
fees, tender or issued for the payments of dealings. These are required for the evidence
of payments made between the bank and the customer in the favor of beneficiary.

DEMAND DRAFT
Demand drafts are made for the beneficiary for payments, funds etc, these are made for
outstation branches of the concerned banks. An advice is also made for the verification
of the draft send. These are also approved and safe way of sending amount to the
recipient.

PAYMENT OF PAY-ORDER AND DEMAND DRAFT
Pay-Order and Demand Draft both could be paid in shape of physical payment of cash
and in case transfer of amounts; the amount could be transferred in the beneficiary
account. In case of physical payment authorized signature of beneficiary are taken for
the verification of amount being paid to him and in case of transferring of amount
authorized signature of the beneficiary are checked and verified for reducing risks.

VOUCHERS
Vouchers are made for records and they should be completed in all respects, the
amount, date, its head, particulars, amount in words, authorized signatures and contra
advice or voucher should be present.

INWARD CLEARING
It depends on those checks that are cleared inter branch and within the city. As the
concerned branch receive any type of clearing check first of all physical checking is
taken place. For clearing procedure there should be ONE day margin. These cheques
have their vouchers and the amount of the cheque and voucher should be identical.
Than these cheques are stamped and noted on receiving sheet as well as feed in to the
computerized system.

OUTWARD CLEANING
It depends on those cheques that are cleared outside the city. For outward clearing
cheques are send because the home branch has their accounts but checks are of other
banks. Contras of these cheques are vouchers that are recorded in the home branch.

PHYSICALLY CHECKING
First of all the cheque is physically checked.

Date
It should not be advanced of the latest date; date should be limited to only past
Six months.

AMOUNT
Amount in which words and figures should be written in clear writing. Any kind of over
writing and cutting should be prevented. Otherwise it would not be passed and returned
to the customer.

PAYEES / BEARER CHEQUES
If the cheques are payees accounts head or they have marked bearer then these
cheques are not labeled token.

VERIFICATIION OF SIGNATURES
Signatures are checked as well as verified. In case of other representative of the
account holder brings the cheque then two signatures of that person are taken.
STAMPS
After physical checking of the cheques they are stamped.

ISSUANCE OF CHEQUE BOOKS
Any account holder that has opened the account he/she could credit his/her account
and for this purpose there should be a cheque book, so he/she could be able to credit
the needed amount whatever he/she wishes. For the issuance of the cheque book a
person is advised to fill a requisite slip with his/her full names and the account number
with two verified signatures, the account holder must put signature on specimen
signature card that is scanned and verified. These signatures are checked and then
another requisite slip prepared by the bank staff send to the NIFT, and it issues the
printed cheque books after completion of the procedure in two or three days.
Account holder can take it by singing on the issuance register or if the absence of the
account holder another person could also take the cheque book only if he/she has
authorized signature of the account holder. When the cheque books are issued they are
feed in the computer system from the requisite slip so when the cheques are given for
the credit/transfer of amount they could checked.

ISSUANCE OF ATM CARDS
Head office issues ATM (Auto Teller Machine) cards with their PIN (Personal
Identification Number) codes and when the customer claims for their ATM card they are
checked from the list that is also issued from the head office, and the claim is checked
from the list and if the name is found than the cards are issued by taking a signature
and their PIN codes are given to them by taking signatures on their ATM card forms.
The ATM card has been activated by the number provided at or with the specific card

Mission of HBL is not well definite.
Now as it is a privatize bank that is why GOVERNAMENT support to HBL decreased as
it was in past.
Most of the employees lack executive training as they are not properly educated. Due to
superiority, they have moved up on the hierarchy line to Grade- I, II or III positions
having hardly bachelor degrees. This type of senior staff cannot apply the modern and
pioneering techniques of management in decision making.
HBL is not rapid to give loans and cards.
Not straightforward application is for applying for a credit card.
They are not high risk taker In business activities but in business the term is used high
risk high profit, low risk low profit

It can introduce debit card system or may alter the existing ATM cards into a complete

laundering through Hundies have been stopped, there is an opportunity for HBL to
extend its branch network to various countries emphasizing mainly on introducing

The bank where I did my internship is HABIB bank limited. it is situated in Gujarat city
Railway road branch. This branch is located in center of city due to this it is very suitable
for doing all type of bank transition this branch is dealing in following services.
This branch provides account opening facility to customer.
This branch provides locker facility to customer.
Loan facility provide to customers
Customer easily deposits money for safety.

This bank near to market therefore businessman and trader can easily transactions in
this bank. This branch lactation is very nice. Staff of this branch is very supportive and
co-operative. This branch gives facilities to customers. Mostly people attract to H.B.L
The behavior of H.B.L staff is very good. All staff is very co-operative and friendly.
Especially sir tamoor Khalid is very intelligent .have a good guiding method .give me
some important information related to branch. Through this I learn some key points for
working as an internee; during my internship sir tamoor is very co-operative with me. I
feel very happy doing internship in HABIB bank limited branch. Give me some amount
as reward when my internship is complete. Account opening in one week. Cheque book
issue in 10 days and ATM card issue maximum 15 days. All staff treat customer in very
effective way behavior and attitude is very excellent when deal with customer. This
branch having strength, weakness opportunities, , and threats . These branches near to
main market having good point for earn profit because businessman and trader go for
transaction with bank. All area is profitable for bank. H.B.L provides facilities to

of fund , ATM issuance, cheque book issuance , balance cheek , different type of
voucher filling. And bank statement etc. I can say that helpful information gain for fulfill
the requirement of report. I am much thanked full the staff of H.B.L provides me

me every detail who issue of cheque book. The bank issue cheque when customer
open account in this branch. If cheque book finished the account holder request for new
cheque book. They fill slip for new cheque book and submit in bank after some days
cheque book to account holder. The account holder name account no mentioned on
cheque book. When cheque book give to customers following information recorded to
register.

ISSUANCE OF ATM CARD
The ATM card stands for (auto teller machine) customer use for withdrawing amount.
Head office issued the card of the request of customers .name of the person written on
ATM CARD. ATM CARD applied any people who have account in bank. And this card
issued on the request of customer. No requirements for issuance card .this card issued
after fifteen days. Record kept on register for audit. When customer receives ATM
CARD next process is activation of ATM CARD. It is very easy process. Head office
activates the card. Customer follows the instruction for card activation.
VOUCHER CHEEKING
Voucher is used for minted record. This voucher show complete conditions and terms.
Like signature, name and date .this voucher is used for record. Therefore it should be
complete in all respects .for voucher filling amount in words and figure, date and
signature is mentioned in voucher. If anything is missing voucher is not acceptable .if
any mistake it is returned. And checked by operational manager and make it clear.
CANCELLATION OF ATM CARD
ATM CARD can be cancel by some following reason. If card stolen, pin code forgotten,
card date expired, accountholder died and there is no other of operate of account etc. if
this type of case arise than card may be blocked and customer cannot use the card.

INWARD CLEARING
Inward clearing mean intercity clearing not take much time clearance. It is goodwill for
bank because other bank cheque came for depositing. When cheque came in bank
after stamping cheque sent to NIFT for clearance. If any mistake arise in cheque than
cheque may be returned. If all cheque clear than both bank make adjustment of their
account.



OUTWARD CLEARING
For outward clearing. Maximum 24 hr for clearance . Stamp check on cheque if any
stamp is missing than cheque is not clear and sent to the branch or bank to which it
may belong.
CHECKING
Date
The date should not be pre and post date a certain limited of date for clearance cheque
Amount
Amount should be mentioned in clear words and figure. Spelling should be correct if any
figures mistake amount or amount not clear than cheque is not accepted.
Verification of signature
Two signature of that person for taken for future verification. If signature is not match
cheque is not clear.
Stamp
Three stamps used in clearance. Date stamp, bank stamp, crossing stamp.

My first task to learn employees behavior how deal with customer. and how employee
spend time to deal with each other. And I learn how deal with customers. Computer
system is used for balance checking and attends calls. I learn how give answer all calls
when any customer should know about account balance. When customers first time
enter in branch not know about terms and condition of this branch like norms values of
bank. I learn who guide this type of customers. Early morning each staff member has
to b there in branch on time at 9am and closing time is 5.30pm. My first week spends to
perform these duties like calls attend, balance checking, in computer system. I learn
many duties and attitude in proper ways. I learn who deal with customers in proper
manner. All staff help me to learn everything and very co-operative with me. Sir khalil
tahir sindu tell me about who balance check in computer system. This week develop
confidence and scene if any problems are creating who handle in very effective way. I
learn many more things when practical works assign me. Confidence built during
internship and in this way all information related to accounts I convey with
accountholder. I also learn who providing services and necessary information to
customer within maximum time 6 mints.

week
During second week of internship the practical work start with filling voucher for cash
and cheque. When the voucher filling name of accountholder, account number, branch
code must required and date mentioned in top of the voucher slip , when depositor
came for depositing amount .the amount mentioned in figures and words. Signature of
depositor must mentioned in voucher slip whether it is current, saving or fixed account
or amount is in cash or inn cheque form. The contact number of depositor must write in
voucher form when amount mentioned in voucher. The staff members can contact in
case of mishandling and misunderstanding of amount deposited or if any any other
problem create during deposit money. In case of cheque number of cheque and name
of bank is written in voucher slip .This deposit slip given to clearing officer for stamp.
After clearing deposit slip amount transfer in beneficiary account and in this way
amount move in very proper manner. The branch staff contact with customer and given
necessary information and service .when accountholder become regular customer and
in this way customer satisfied with branch. l learn many things for filling voucher slip .
In 2nd week too much knowledge gain about bank. More confidence built in this week.

week
Task assigned
For the third week task given me to fill the online voucher for this purpose form is
required and this form available in bank .first of all date is mentioned in voucher.
Customers make payment in cash or cheque. When customers make payment through
cheque then account no mention in voucher slip. The branch code and account number
is verified before written in voucher slip and charges deduct from the account of sender.
At the last name address contact number mentioned on form. When customers make
payment through cash then all detail mentioned in voucher slip. Name, CNIC no,
contact no. CNIC expiry date mention that send amount other city. On other hand every
detail mention who received money detail like name, city name etc. when all detail
mentioned in voucher slip. At the end signature must show on voucher. When the
amount transfer all amount is taxable .total charges is 348 rupees in every transaction
.when Amount transfer in other city 348 rupees charges on whole amount. No extra
charges deduct from sender only a settable value charged if amount send by cheque.
Sometime charges are no deducted from those customers who are much respected for
bank. If customers have freedom account then no charges deduct from amount. In this
way voucher slip fills. Photocopy of sender CNIC attached with voucher form. When
everything is ok then voucher form give clearing officer for stamp .it take limited time for
clearing maximum 24 to 48 hours for clearing when everything is right then amount
transfer to beneficiary. If amount is in sufficient in account of sender or any other
problem occur to cheque. When this type reason arise amount are not transfer .it is
returned and this issue registered with specific reason. If demand draft is need to be
sent then same type of form use and settable amount charged. The name of benefericry
and branch code mentioned. Simply we can say that online voucher use for sending
money in different cities. It is very simple procedure for sending money in other cities
.during internship the 3

week is very energetic for me and a lot of knowledge gain
and self-assurance level up.


Week 4
Task assigned
In fourth week during my internship I learn clearing inward and clearing out ward. The
Cheque is cleared with NIFT. This is an institution where cheque is cleared. Three
stamps required for inward clearing. First stamp is crossing stamp, second stamp is
date and the third stamp is bank stamp .this stamp mentioned name of the bank. All
cheque stamped in very proper and effective way. All cheque packed in envelope in
very appropriate way which is specially provided by NFIT and send to NFIT. These
cheques sent to NIFT for clearing. One branch of NIFT is built in Gujranwala. And main
organization in Islamabad It is authorized by state bank. Outward clearing three stamps
is use first stamp is date second stamp is crossing third and last bank to which cheque
is belonged are required. If any stamp is missing cheque is not clear. For clearing three
stamps is must. Time for inward clearing is 9am pointed. All cheque given are given to
agent of NIFT .after all day working the all cheque given for out ward clearance .for this
purpose all cheque given to agent at 3pm . Envelop are use all cheque packed in
special envelop. And this envelop is used for security of cheques. These envelope
having special lock and keys and this lock and key cannot use other person only NIFT
knows key and lock. Some cheque are returned with some defect or some special
reason like insufficient balance in account, date is expired of cheque or predated
cheque, any stamp is missing ,signature is not cleared or not proper when stamp not
mentioned in proper place etc .cheque is not cleared. My fourth week is very active for
me. I learn many new things in this week.

Task assigned
In fifth week of internship I lean who filling the opening account .accounts are different
types like freedom account, current account, profit and loss account, BBA account,
saving account etc. all accounts open with different amount. Current account open with
minimum 5000 amount no profit and loss charged on current account and zaakat is not
deducted on this account. BBA account open with minimum 1000 amount and this
account used salaried based person. Freedom account open with 25000 amount and
target for business community. Money club account is used who person having age less
than 18 year. This accounts open with father and mother. For opening this account birth
certificate or b form is used. Zakat deducted on profit and loss accounts. Profit charged
on profit and saving accounts. ID CARD of the person and utility bill is important for
opening account who wants to open account in bank. For uneducated person when
came for opening account three photo is important and CD50 form attached with
opening form. Main point what type of account open and in which currency. Its person
chose for ATM card. If more than one person who wants jointly account open is called
joint account. For opening account ID CARD of both person and if person has own
business are doing job than any kind of evidence is needed for opening account. Every
detail written on form like contact number ,ID CARD number, permanent address,
present address, mail address, are Witten on form. When person accept all rule and
regulation signature are taken on specimen card. Signature should be same with ID
CARD signature. If person wants to change the signature application is written for
changing the signature. ATM CARD applied on the request of customer. Account open
after one week and record in computerized system. Cheque book issue on seven week
and ATM CARD issued to fifteen days. For activation help line number and pin code is
given to customers. Pin code handover only account holder and customer is able to
operate card


Week6
Task assigned
In sixth week during my internship next task assigned me. I learn who payments with
other countries, H.B.L receive payment in different countries like U.K, USA, SUDI
ARABIA etc. particular code given by sender. This code signed in computerized system
according the money express in this way money is transferred. If money is transferred
than computer show different and essential aspect like name of beneficiary ID CARD
date of issuance, expiry date, all detail mentioned in computer system. if all necessary
detail match with computerized detail than amount given to person who want to declare
for money . When every detail matched with person detail than amount is given after
signature. Signature is taken for proof and any evidence. Locker facility available in
branch code (1231). Locker facilities provide to customers and fee charged on this
service. Locker provide to customer who have account in branch. Three type locker
available in this branch like small lockers, medium lockers. Large lockers, charges are
different all lockers. When locker facility provide to accountholder a settable amount
(3000) charged as refund when accountholder secure this facility amount is refund on
this time. A register kept for recording locker number. New check book issue after filling
requisition. SIR Tamoor Khalid performed this function very efficiently. Guide me and
tell me every detail about this service. Mostly locker facility provide to our regular
customers. Sixth week is very energetic for me. And I learn huge knowledge and gain
skill and experience. This week is very effective for me.
5.4.4 Detail description of departments along with performed activities
I chose H.B.L BRANCH CODE (1231)for internship and I start work in H.B.L branch
code (1231) this branch having different department .i have worked in all department
like clearing department, customer service department ,general banking , and foreign
remittance department. I explain every detail when I work in customer service
department .I earned who deal with customer .who satisfied to customer and who
attract the customer with H .B .l. HOW provide all information and services to
customers. And who inform the entire customer about banking services. Employees
having some special skill because banking sector is not easy it is very difficult process
.people are not aware about banking sector. People not having know how about
banking system. sometime difficult and critical point arise in banking system The service
are H B L is too good .but H B L should more development because it has many
competitors like MCB .NBP ALFALAH and other bank that hare good facility and
services but it still doing good in the economy .it achieve best banking award in
customers service department . I learn how satisfy the customers and how love the
customer problem which relate to services. How person came for remittance and having
no account that convince this type of customers for opening account. For this purpose
telling benefits of opening account in banks and tell all services in this way we we can
attract the customers.
Clearing department
I have learned about clearance. Two type clearances inward clearing outward clearing
.three stamp are used for this purpose and mentioned in computerized system. Internee
has no asses for entry in computerized system because it is not allow by head office.
Internee has no permission for used computer. Only branch staff used computer and
put entries. Officer only make entry in computer system. Internee allow see carefully.
When any cheque is debited the amount decreases from the account cheque belongs.
Three stamps are used crossing stamp, date stamp, bank name stamp. All cheque sent
to NIFT. This is an institution where cheque is clear. Some cheque is returned when
some mistakes arises or defect, if any stamp missing or balance is insufficient in
account. And record on register with some specific reason.
Remittance department
I have learned withdraw amount from other countries like U.K USA etc. assistant
manager sir syed iqbal zafar told me who amount withdraw from different countries.
Specific amount used for withdraw amount. Receiver has special code when this code
matched with the computer code than amount is given to receiver. For this purpose
original ID CARD and photocopy of ID CARD must for withdraw amount. If id card is
expired than payment is not made. When a specific code enter in computerized system
than name of beneficiary , ID CARD number, date of issuance, expiry date all detail
mentioned in on the screen of computer system. Automatically all detail show when
specific code enters in computer. After verification amount is given to person who claim
for amount. I learned account opening form when account open and information and
detail gain from customers all detail that is necessary for opening account. Some
important document attached with form. Specimen signature is used for signature. title
name of parson, ID CARD number, phone number is written and signature mentioned
on specimen card. ID CARD COPY, utility bill attached with form. If uneducated person
wants to open account than three photo and CD5O form attached with form and record
in computer system.

General banking
I learned voucher filling this procedure assigned me during my internship. Voucher filling
for cheque and cash. For depositing voucher name of the person, date, and contact no
mentioned in voucher. For cheque bank name and cheque no written on voucher. Any
mistakes arise in voucher filling than voucher is rejected. Online voucher used for
transfer of money in other cities. Photocopy of ID CARD attached with online form.
Contact no written on form if any problem arise than staff member can contact with
customers. Balance checking is also included in general banking. Balance cheek on
computer system. All department work very efficiently. During my internship I have
learned knowledge and gain skill and experience. All staff is very co-operative and
helped me during my internship. All staff member told me who performed all duties. And
in this way I performed all work very efficiently. In short we can say that I learn huge
knowledge from bank knows about banking system who performed work and who
manage every problems. Bookish study only gives knowledge but practical work give
skill and experience. I am very happy to join H.B.L Branch code (1231)

5.4.6 Learning Summary
Skills and qualifications from the internship
I learn a lot of knowledge from bank bookish knowledge is not sufficient for good job.
Attitude and behavior is necessary for good job. And behavior is important part of job.
Learning is necessary in real life. Bookish study gives only knowledge but practical work
gives great skill and experience. In this way we know about banking system who deals
with customers. . All detail and information gain by bank. And gain huge knowledge skill
and experience. I am very happy because this all knowledge and experience is profit full
for future life .knowing about norms and value of banking. In his way I followed rule and
regulation and behavior adopt in personal life. I take keen interest in all banking work.
The purpose of internship is getting knowledge and experience. in personal life bookish
study only provide knowledge but practice and experience only gain when we perform
work in real life when doing job any department. Bookish knowledge gain for degree
and getting grade .the activities of educational department is different as compare to
working place so we can say that internship involve practical work and in this way we
gain knowledge and experience and skill for doing work. All things is helpful for future
life. .this experience and skill not gain in any institution. Norms and values of every
organization are different so learning is most important for doing job. When we doing job
in any organization our wish for higher position. It necessary for everyone .so training is
most significant customer. . Who deal with customers? Who satisfy the customers? This
type of things is helpful for future job and public dealing. Because many people are
illiterate and they do not have knowledge about banking sector. So I learn who handle
this type of customers. I gain many new things for convince the illiterate people and
create positive image the mind of customers. Because CUSTOMERS IS KING so
satisfaction is very important. In our country people is not aware about banking sector.
In short I learn many things during my internship. And my internship is very good for me
because information gain about banking sector.

Impact of internship on your life
This internship is very effective for me because knowledge and experience gain during
internship period. The main objective of internship to gain skill and experience .practice
is most important in real life rather than bookish study. I learn many things during my
internship and I expect this practice and skill is profit full for me in future life. When we
doing job in any organization. Internship period is very important in future life. Because
new things gain though practice. Who not gain though bookish knowledge? The main
purpose is to learn attitude and manners. Professional skill attain when we doing work
in any institution. Rule and regulation of all organization is different. So practical work is
most important for achieve higher position in organization. Now a day all organization
want experienced and skilled person .internship period give training to young generation
and provide all detail and information about banking sector. It shows what kind of
abilities gain and who performed work very well. And what types of behavior adopt for
dealing. Improvement is important for ding good job. But in my view banking job is very
stress full job because working schedule is very tofu. Big problem create if any mistake
arise during work. Employees all time active for work. Therefore stress create and
employee doing work in stress. It is not easy job because one figure mistake or any
other small mistakes can you to decline. And not create positive image in the mind of
other authority .in this way result gain in negative form. Banking job is very difficult as
compare to other jobs. Banking job is totally computerized system. Competition arises
among bank. So we can say that banking job is very complicated job. Only person
perform who have know how about bank. And know who performed practical work. In
this sector small calculation matter a lot. In short internship period is unforgettable for
me .during internship good experience gain and it outstanding in my life.

Internship correlated with your classroom knowledge.
Many activities performed in classroom. If compared with banking system. I think
classroom activities is totally different or opposite to banking sector. Many activities
performed in bank is very good and knowledgeable for me. I am very happy to join
H.B.L and I enjoyed very much when branch manager assigned me some task. I
performed all task is very effective way. I think classroom activities and bookish study
is very important and helpful for banking sector. Because classroom study provide
knowledge about banking sector. We can say that book study is very helpful and
provide good material but in real life when we perform work in an institution. We need to
learn rule and regulation of institution. Book knowledge not provides rule and regulation
of any institution. We need more practice for performed any task and seek rule and
regulation. . We can say that book studies only teach but in real life practice is most
important. and in this way performed different duties knowing about norm and values of
the organization.

Conclusion of the report
My duration of internship period in bank and I perceive the following conclusion .HABIB
BANK LIMITED has perfect symbol system. Which provide great facility provide to
customers and it is effective for everyone? . The bank provide supper environment for
charming job. The pay low rate of interest on deposit therefore customers are attached
with this branch .different facility provide to customers and in this way customers are
satisfied with this branch. Report are written document or prove who show about bank
history and detail in this way know about internee work. When internee going for
internship and seek knowledge and practical work. All learning period mentioned in this
report. We can say that internee seek knowledge and having ability to write down
everything and know how about bank. HABIB BANK LIMILED working in provide sector.
It has good reputation but other banks increased day by day. And competition arises
among banks. This branch has good image in the mind of customers .people are
satisfied with this bank. It provides different facilities and performs function. Therefore
customers are very attractive with HABIB BANK LIMITED if as compared with other
bank. All private sectors is very good f compare with nationalized sector. So that may b
reason of bank success.








RECOMMENDATION
There should be authority in every region which ensures efficient flow of
communication and its understanding.
HBL should target the middle class to enhance its market share.
HBL should immediately take brave steps towards the welfare of experienced.
The management should try to decrease job insecurity among the employees
Training program should be started for internees and newly appointed
employees.
The bank charges high service charges as compared to the other banks, so
these should be lowered down.
HBL should recruit from all the universities. Written test should be Compulsory
for all the fresh graduate
Surveys must be conducted regarding customer satisfaction level and all
employees of this dept. should look forward to getting feedback whenever
possible.
Adding of value added features that offer competitive advantage is also a means
of avoiding customer dissatisfaction.
HBL should offer more jobs to the players.
H.B.L should use Human Resource Inventory System.
Assessment centre program should introduce in selection Process.
HBL should help grow the industrial activities by financing industrial sector. It will
help to create more jobs.
