December 16

The group constructed a plan regarding the project. We made a list of existing businesses we
opt to study and the possible problem that may exist on their systems. Each members pooled in their
ideas and opinions on how the group will execute the plan. We constructed a Gantt Chart where we
placed the activities we planned to do on the next days.

December 22

The group collaborated with the other groups and asked for some instructions and tips
We made an additional research that will fed us with some ideas about business systems.

December 27

We gathered information to get a glimpse of the business background of each potential subject.
Afterwards, we visited Saver’s Digital hub and Foot Luckers. We met their supervisors; Ms. Iluminada
Broñola of Foot Luckers and Ms. Jeanette Salalila from Saver’s Digital Hub. We asked their
permission to conduct a study on their existing business systems. Saver’s gladly accepted our request
so we arranged a schedule for an interview.

December 28

Due to inevitable circumstances, our interview was cancelled. Instead, we were asked to submit
a questionnaire.

January 5

We received the questionnaire, and then we scrutinize the details that are written by the
manager. It was presumed that saver’s digital hub is a well established business with minimal
problems. From our view point, the business may have problems in their inventory system. Hence, we
contacted the manager and asked a permission to visit the warehouse to enable us to make
observations. Unfortunately, our request was denied due to security purposes. Left with no other
choices, we planned to move on to our next option which is Buklod Diwa Multipurpose Cooperative.
