Suspension:

May not ride the bus home

Parent pick up
Call the parents of the student to notify of the suspension
and need to pick up
o Weapon: showed 1 day suspension
o Threatened suspension from the program
Print out the personal summery report the students with the
weapon and the student who he showed it too
Take pictures of the weapon
o If it has multiple blades take a photo alongside a ruler of
each blade length
Call the parents of the student who reported the incident as
an FYI.. give no names
On the suspension form
o Type the students name
o Student IC number
o Address
o Parents name
o Date of birth
o Give a signed copy to the parents
o Keep 2 copies for yourself
Give to the parent the suspension letter and the suspension
rights act form
o Parents do not need to sing the form
In IC have an administrator list the event under the behavior
tab
