[INTERFACE FROM SAP AFS TO SAP RETAIL

Creating a characteristic in AFS and moving it to the Retail Box.

1. Go to T. Code CT04 for creating a characteristic in AFS system client 200.

2. Enter a characteristic Name as ZCOLOR01 and press the button Create on right hand side.

3. Enter the Description Color

4. Select from drop down the AFS characteristic Group for Dimensions.
5. Enter 3 in Number of character field.
6. Press Value table in this screen.

8. Add Red, Blue Green colors as shown below to the values.

9. Press save button on top menu.
10. Message at message bar will come Characteristic “ZCOLOR01” saved.
11. Go to a new T code “SE38 ”.
12. Enter Program Name RBDMIDOC and press F8 key function on key board

14. Next screen will appear like this enter “CHRMAS” in message type and execute.

16. This message will appear :

17. Press enter

18. A new message will appear ress enter move forward.
19. Go to a new t code “ WE19”
20. Put your cursor on the existing document field and press F4 key.

Press F8 key

21. Now you will see an Idoc with CHRMAS double click that and it will take you the original screen
and press again F8 key.
22. Now you will get a screen like this below.

24. Now press the button Start outbound Processing on the Upper top corner.

26. And press Enter. It will give the message

28. Logon to Retail Client 200.
29. And enter the same characteristic number “ZCOLOR01” and you will find that it is now migrated
to retail System the same work for every master data.
