AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, Norma DG. Lomibao, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Balite,
Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija after being duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and
state:
1. That I am the private complainant in behalf of my daughter, Cielo DG.
Lomibao in the Criminal Complaint with Docket No./s. III-05-INV-14-E-00741
against Regino M. de Guzman;

2. That I am no longer interested to prosecute the case because my witness
who will testify on the alleged circumstances is no longer available;


3. That I have made this affidavit of desistance with further consideration that I
want to end any animosity that have been created by my filing the complaint
and to further give me and my daughter peace of mind peace of mind;

4. That I am willing to appear in any proceedings of this case to validate and
authenticate the truth and veracity of this affidavit of desistance.
