Location: Level 2, near the south elevators

5. Find art work that has two or three dimensional
shapes in it. Location- Any room in gallery
Draw what you see and label three shapes you could see
and identify.







6. Go to Contemporary Art- Level 2

Find the bone sculpture- Imagine what camels legs look like
when they move under the weight of those heavy humps. Each
joint works together to keep the camel going forward. If you
look closely at these bones, youll see that they look like
theyre almost walking. Thats because the artist wanted to
represent the movement of camels, animals that she loved to
watch.

Count how many bones there aretry
not to get dizzy. How many did you count?

7. Sit down at a virtual dining table for an elaborate three-
course banquet

8. Climb the spiral staircase like kids have done
since 1927!

9. Go to the Modern Art- Level 2
Find out why men held flowers in their
portraits!

10. Go to Fashionable Living Level 3
Look closely how people dressed in the past
and notice the furniture they used. Why do
you think some of the furniture had secret
compartments?
Sketch a picture of someone wearing clothes
form the past.
















11. Find your favorite art piece in the
museum. Take your time and draw what you
see on the next page. Tell me what made it
so special to you!
