Role Overview

We are currently looking for a System Engineer for our Implementation team. As a
n Implementation team member you will be responsible for delivering implementati
ons, re-implementations, Service Level Agreement support and other troubleshooti
ng support across our customer database. Candidate should have at least 3 to 5 y
ears of experience in implementation and troubleshooting skills in the following
areas.
? Microsoft infrastructure which includes Windows Servers, Active Director
y, Exchange
Servers, Hyper-V, System Center and other related products.
? VMware vSphere Esxi and vCenter
? Symantec Backup Exec, Netbackup or any other Enterprise backup solutions
? Endpoint protection solutions
? Basic Implementation and troubleshooting skills on Switches, Firewalls a
nd Routers
Key performance indicators that you will be measured on will include:
? Ensure fast and efficient client implementations with a positive and pro
fessional client
experience
? Reviewing documents, workflow and plans for implementation with customer
s/vendors
? Coordinating, and tracking new implementations projects
? Installing and configuring software as per the project requirement
? Troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues
? Document all actions taken during implementations and ensure all parties
are informed
on progress
? Proactively contact clients during the implementation process to assess
their
satisfaction
? Update your skills regularly on the new technologies and attend workshop
s
? Microsoft and other industry certificates are mandatory
