SPECIMEN SUBMITTED:

A One (1) open transparent ice plastic bag with markings RAN6-D 12-26-13 containing
folded and crumpled white bond paper with markings RAN5-C 12-26-13 marked as A-1
containing four (4) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets each containing suspected marijuana
leaves with fruiting tops with the following markings and individual recorded net weights:
A-1-1 (RAN1-A 12-26-13) = 1.14 grams A-1-3 (RAN3-A 12-26-13) = 1.52 grams
A-1-2 (RAN2-A 12-26-13) = 1.47 grams A-1-4 (RAN4-B 12-26-13) = 1.00 gram

PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:

To determine the presence of any dangerous drug.

FINDINGS:

Preliminary examination conducted on the above-stated specimens gave POSITIVE
result to the tests for the presence of Marijuana.

REMARKS:

The original copy of this report is retained in this laboratory for future reference.

This Initial Laboratory Report is issued upon the request of the PCP 3, Naga City Police
District, Peafrancia Avenue, Naga City exclusively for the inquest of said case pending
confirmatory examination of the Forensic Chemist/Chemical Officer on case.
