Butt welders

The PW butt welders are all of a high quality, simple design, offering excellent weld quality on bar and a variety of other
shapes.

The SG and EH range are good quality, simple, hand operated welders, giving the best results on smaller materials up to
9,5mm diameter bar. They are portable and can be fitted with integral lighting, a great help on small components.

Higher capacities are offered with the TDC20 and 30. The maximum cross section which can be welded is 150mm
2
on the
20kVA and 200mm
2
on the 30kVA. This equates to 7mm bar and 9mm bar respectively. These welders are air operated,
with an automatic sequence.
