AFFIDAVIT ATTESTING FACTS OF HUMAN RIGHTS VICTIMS DURING
MARTIAL LAW

We, MUSIB B. TALEMBUA and MOPAK U. KIBAO, both of legal ages, Filipinos,
married and residents of Pikit, Cotabato, after having been sworn to law hereby depose and say;

That we know TAMBUNGALAN S. LIPUSEN personally to be law abiding citizen and
bona-fide resident of Brgy. Port Pikit, Pikit Cotabato, and who is a victim of Human rights
violation under Marcos Regime during Martial Law, committed as follows:

On November 12, 1973 at around 10:00 AM, said TAMBUNGALAN S. LIPUSEN
together with his son KENANG I. LIPUSEN, was riding on a single motorcycle vehicle and on
their way home from the Public Market. While passing the national road, several elements of
Military belonging to the 27
th
IB, PA stopped them and arrested them without any reason. Said
military men tortured the two victims severely and afterward shot to death;

That the alleged claimant is EDDIE I. LIPUSEN who is the daughter of said victim, and a
resident of Brgy. Port Pikit, Pikit Cotabato;

That we personally know these facts and circumstances because we were among those
present during the incident;

That we are executing this affidavit under oath to attest the truth and veracity of the
forgoing facts and circumstances to b e use as supporting documents In Re: Ferdinand E. Marcos
Human Rights Victims for compensation.

That affiants sayeth non-further.
