flashcards one at a time and eliciting meaning of word,
then demonstrate correct pronunciation. Discuss
meanings and then Say words for Ss. to repeat.
Translate to Arabic if necessary.

you take medicine? Have you ever had earache?
Tr. asks Ss. to use todays 3 spelling words in a
sentence to show meaning. If necessary Tr. models the
use of the word in context to ensure understanding.
Play scramble/missing letters on the board for Ss. to
practise spelling of words. Ss. use their whiteboards
and hold up to show spelling of the 3 words.
