Please put your childs name on all items.

(1) Change of clothes in a zip lock bag labeled with childs name
(1) Daily snack w/drink in sippy cup or juice box/bag, labeled
with childs name. Our classroom is a PEANUT FREE ZONE.
(5) Large packages of diaper wipes
(3) Large container of CLOROX disinfecting wet wipes
(1) Large aerosol can of any brand disinfecting spray
(1) Large pack diapers
NO PULL UPS unless your child is actively being potty trained
(2) Boxes of tissues
(2) Quart size boxes of ZIP LOC bags
