WOW & L/G CODE 1
Wording: MFC1B: RIGHT GEAR PRI DOWN-LOCL PROX. SW.: PR SWITCH FAIL, OR OPEN/SHORTED
WIRING
Details: Disconnect prox. sw. connection 8GAA and connect it to another prox. sw. in target near condition:
- if fault disappears (after MFC BITE memory reset), replace prox. sw. 8GA;
- if fault persists, switch off MFC1B:
then if UNLK persists check wiring between prox. sw. 8GA and ground point and relay 9GB
(energized);
if UNLK disappears and DNLK appears instead, switch MFC1B back on and verify wiring
integrity between MFC1B and relay 9GB (de-energized).
Alerts: UNLK (red) on 4 VU.


WOW & L/G CODE 2
Wording: MFC1B: NOSE GEAR PRI DOWN-LOCK PROX. SW.: PR SWITCH FAIL, OR OPEN/SHORTED
WIRING
Details: Disconnect prox. sw. connection 9GAA and connect it to another prox. sw. in target near condition:
- if fault disappears (after MFC BITE memory reset), replace prox. sw. 9GA;
- if fault persists, switch off MFC1B:
then if UNLK persists check wiring between prox. sw. 9GA and ground point and relay 9GB
(energized);
if UNLK disappears and DNLK appears instead, switch MFC1B back on and verify wiring
integrity between MFC1B and relay 9GB (de-energized).
Alerts: UNLK (red) on 4 VU.
