    SYMPTOM
    It is impossible to insert a CD or to eject a CD
    that was loaded in the set before.
    CAUSE
    The part "Guide (Disc)" detaches from the
    "Chassis (T) Sub Assy" (#101).

    SOLUTION
    Replace the "Chassis (T) Sub Assy" (A-3372-444-A) if the lot number of the mechanical deck MG-611MA or MG-
    611XA ranges between the numbers 1 and 20 / 22. The lot number can be identified from the label on the
    mechanical assembly as shown below.
