Performed clinical tasks in the Emergency room to prepare patients for surgeries or to enter the inpatient rooms.
Cared and treated outpatients with clinical procedures. Trained new Nurse Students doing IV, taking blood
pressure, collecting specimen, phlebotomy, injections, and wounds. Replenished patient rooms with supplies and
stocked the medicine room according to protocol. Calculated medicine shots. Provided administrative support at
the front desk by answering the main telephone line and collecting payments.
Accomplishment:
Promoted to be the Supervisor for the Nurses Department.
Chosen to be part of the team designated to establish the first emergency and ambulance services for the hospital.
