Adrienne has a great strength in being very personable with her clients and her caring side is very apparent through
that. Adrienne also has some great ideas that she brings to the team. One of Adrienne's biggest strengths is her
positive attitude and willingness to do any task!
While Adrienne is very personable with her clients, an area of growth for her would be to ensure that she is keeping
the right boundaries with them and also using self-care.
Adrienne's positive attitude is refreshing and empowering for all around her. She is very sensitive and caring, and
has good assessment skills. I agree with Chelsea that Adrienne can benefit by attending to healthy boundaries so
she can maintain self-care and provides a health model for clients. Lisa LaDue
