CLASSIC PISCO SOUR

(Sugar/Water 50% each) (or 1 Small Egg White)

2 oz. BarSol Primero Pisco 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice 1 oz. Simple Syrup 1/2 oz. Pasteurized Egg White Drops Angostura Bitters Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with 2-3 drops of Angostura Bitters on top of the foam.

CHILCANO DE PISCO
2 oz BarSol Primero Pisco 0.5 oz of Freshly squeezed lime Juice 2 - 3 drops Angostura Bitters Top with Ginger Ale Glass: Highball Garnish: Lime wheel inside Method: Build rst two ingredients into a highball glass lled with ice. Then pour ginger ale into the glass to top. Add 2-3 drops of bitters. Garnish with lime wheel.
