When you want to build some structure you have to base on the map design and you should comply the technical specifications.

There are planers such as Architecture, Foundations, Electrical Installations and Sanitary Systems.

In the arquitectural Design you have to present some renders about your project.

Those Renders should be views of the Interior of the Future House.

After having architectural plans you start to model the structure to translate the data into Structural Planers following the Peruvians Technical Norm.

Then you have to apply what is in the plans to materialize. First you have to do a Signboard of your Perform Construction.

Then you start with the construction process. This consist on doing foundation trenches and then building columns and beams and end up with the roof.
