+ery easy to use and it is free. ,oth partners already had tool installed and have used this method in the past to communicate with other partners and each other. #egatives of using this chat tool were) -uality and lag time relies on computers and .nternet speed. /ften when one of us talks the other one cannot hear their response for a few seconds. This can lead to talking over one another. 0hile $kype is open on my computer it runs slower. 0e can"t both write on a single document, therefore if we only had to turn in one document it would be challenging. To solve this problem we could work on 1oogle documents or a similar collaborative app.
