I, Pilar Kriegel, was not aware of any pleading notification of a hearing scheduled
for
January 8, 2014. Gamil Awad moved out of jurisdiction to Greenville, South Carolina and
did
not notify myself or my attorney, David DeVane of any court filing. I was not served any
court
papers regarding a court hearing.
Gamil Awad filed court documents under false allegations of my child support
payments being in arrears. I have documentation including money order receipts, bank
transfer authorization set bi-weekly for child support payments in the amount of $242.00
which is paid to Gamil Awad's bank account. Also, I have a letter signed by Gamil Awad
that
shows the child support is not in arrears.
I have been harrassed by Gamil Awad and have numerous locked text messages
from
Gamil Awad that he will make sure I go to jail one way or another. One such text Gamil
Awad
sent me on November 9, 2013 at 9:30pm in which he states, "I will do all I can to beg

you go to
jail." I have multiple locked messages of derogatory comments and threats towards me
by
Gamil Awad.
In regards to the child support payments, our daughter, Jeunesse Awad, turned
18 on
November 18, 2013 and no longer lives with Gamil Awad. I have paid the child support
payments for all three of my children, Jeunesse Awad, Alexzander Awad, and Henry
Ross
Awad. I believe that once Jeunesse turned 18 it effects the amount of child support.
Jeunesse
has moved to New York and I have been financially helping her. Gamil Awad refuses to
support her emotionally or financially.
The allegations brought against me by Gamil Awad are false.
