SINGAPORE VISA REQUIREMENT

From the participants:

1. Valid Passport with 3 unused pages valid for minimum 6 months from the
date of travel.
2. One duly filled and signed visa Form (to be printed back to back)
3. Two recent Passport size Colored Photographs with White background as
per specification ( Name to be written behind the photograph )

Photographs Specification (V. IMP)

Passport size photograph must be 35 mm wide by 45 mm high, without

border and taken within the last 3 months taken full face without headgear,
unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her
religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant s
features. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to
crown (80% of the face must be covered); taken against a plain white
background with MATTE OR SEMI-MATTE FINISH and must be a studio
print only.

Detailed Covering letter addressed to visa officer as follows:

1. SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION, NEW DELHI.

2. CONSULATE GENERAL OF SINGAPORE, MUMBAI
3. HIGH COMMISSION OF SINGAPORE, CHENNAI

MALAYSIAN VISA REQUIREMENTS

From the participants:

1 Valid passport with at least 3-unused visa pages valid for minimum 6 months
from the date of travel.
2 One Visa form each duly filled and signed by the Applicant.
3 Two recent passport size photographs with WHITE BACKGROUND (35mm x
45mm) name to be written behind the photograph.

From the Company sponsoring the tour:

1. Detailed covering letter addressed to the visa officer MALAYSIAN HIGH

COMMISSION New Delhi. / Mumbai.
 Thailand Visa Requirements

From the Participants:

1. Valid passport with at least 2-unused pages, valid for minimum 6 months from
the date of travel.
2. One Visa form duly filled and signed by the APPLICANT (Personal details are
mandatory to fill in the visa form; same is required by the Embassy).
3. Two recent passport size photographs with WHITE BACKGROUND (35mm
x 45mm).NAME TO BE WRITTEN BEHIND THE PHOTOGRAPH.
4. International Credit Card copy (both side)

From Company sponsoring the tour:

1. Detailed covering Letter addressed to Visa Officer / Counselor, Embassy of

Thailand, New Delhi / Mumbai, briefing about the tour on your letter head.
2. Name list of all Applicants with Passport Nos, Designation, and Location of
Work on company’s letter head.
