Kajian Perubahan Fungsi Sosial Tanah

Lilis Mardiana Anugrahwati Staf Pengajar Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Semarang Abstract. Land is a necessity of each person, because they are living on top of it. Regulation of land in Indonesia is arranged by Act no.5 year 1960 on Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria or commonly abbreviated to UUPA. The Act regulates the ownership of land individually and for mutual interest. To manage the land for mutual interest UUPA on the social function of land that arranged for there is no monopoly in land ownership, set the land is not abandoned, and the land is not only seen for personal use. But on its way, there are many deviation on the social functions of this land, especially because the land has been turned into a commodity material or investment goods for personal use only. The study needs to be done, so that what is mandated in the UUPA can be preserved, may even need to do a study of UUPA and to the rules that following the UUPA itself or other rules relating to the social function of land.
