Pengaruh Locus of Control, Orientasi Tujuan Pembelajaran dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Self-Efficacy dan Transfer Pelatihan Peningkatan

Kompetensi Guru Madrasah Aliyah (MA) se-Karesidenan Semarang


Khairul Saleh Dosen Agama Islam Politeknik Negeri Semarang Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of locus of control, goaloriented learning and working environment on self-efficacy and transfer of training. Object of this study were participants in workplace education and training (DDTK) improving teacher competence of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) of the residency of Semarang in 2010. The number of population as well as a sample of 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS 16.0 software. The study concluded that (1) Locus of control, goal-oriented learning and working environment influences self-efficacy by 93%, rest influenced by other factors outside of the study; (2) Self-efficacy influences the transfer of training by 41%, rest influenced by other factors outside of the study; (3) Locus of control, selfefficacy and work environment influences the transfer of training at 99%, rest influenced by other factors outside of the study. Thus, the training undertaken DDTK Semarang Religious training cooperate with the leaders in some of the MAN a residency of Semarang in 2010 quite successfully and provide tangible results are applied in the teaching task in which they serve.
