Dear Mayra Vazquez, I am pleased to offer you admission to CSU Fullertons Fall 2014 semester. Congratulations on your high school academic performance! On behalf of the University, I extend to you a warm welcome to our academic community. As a new student, you will find that the University offers an abundance of possibilities for growth in terms of academics, activities and services. The entire CSU Fullerton community invites you to take on the intellectual and personal challenges and opportunities that are parts of a university education. It is very important that you review all conditions of your admission to the University for the Fall 2014 term. Please read this information carefully and observe the deadlines and dates that are posted. CSU Fullerton strictly enforces deadlines and may rescind your admission if a required deadline is missed. To view all admission deadlines, please visit the Admission Deadline page at http://www.fullerton.edu/admissions/deadlines/. It is also important you log into your Student Portal at www.fullerton.edu to note any To Do List items that are r equired. Please note that we will communicate with you through your CSUF email address, which can be accessed through your Student Portal. Your portal and email login information was provided to you in your application acknowledgement email. All First-Time Freshmen who intend to enroll at CSU Fullerton must accept their offer of admission and pay a non-refundable $250 enrollment deposit. The deposit will offset a portion of your Registration Fees for the first semester. You must accept admission and pay your enrollment deposit through your Student Portal, within the Student Center, beginning February 20, 2014 through May 1, 2014. If you are admitted after April 15th, you have two weeks from the date you were admitted to accept your offer of admissions. To accept your offer of admission, you need log into your Student Portal and under the Admissions area of the Student Center, click on the Application Status link. The Accept/Decline button will be displayed. Click on the Accept/Decline button to accept your admission to CSU Fullerton. Accepting admission and paying the enrollment deposit are required to confirm your intent to enroll at CSU Fullerton and reserve a space in our freshman class for the Fall 2014 term. New Student Orientation (NSO) is mandatory for all freshmen. Signing up for and attending NSO is required to finalize your intent to enroll at CSU Fullerton. If you do not sign up for NSO or do not attend your NSO session, your admission will be withdrawn as NSO is a requirement for enrollment. You may sign up for NSO online at www.fullerton.edu/orientation from February 20, 2014 through May 15, 2014 at 11:59 pm. To sign up for NSO, you must use your personalized username and password. Please note that you cannot sign up for NSO until you have accepted your admission offer and paid your enrollment deposit. Conditions of your admission: --- Complete all your remaining A-G coursework with grades of C or better. --- You are admitted pending completion of all courses including math with at least a C. You will need to submit a final grade card or unofficial transcript to verify the completion of these courses before you will be able to register for classes.

Your admission is valid only upon verification of High School graduation and verification of satisfactory completion (Cs or higher) of all coursework currently in-progress and planned. Complete all your remaining coursework with grades of C or better. If you are earning grades lower than a C, please notify Admissions and Records. You may email to grades.admission@fullerton.edu or fax a letter to (657) 278-7549. You will be given further information about your offer of admission once your status is reevaluated. You must accept your admission offer and pay your non-refundable $250 enrollment deposit by May 1, 2014. If you do not accept admission by this date, your admission will be rescinded. You can accept admission and pay your enrollment deposit through your Student Portal. The enrollment deposit will be waived for students receiving full financial assistance. If you qualify for the waiver, you must still accept your admission offer by the deadline date. You may not complete any high school coursework during the summer term immediately preceding fall admission. Submit your final official transcripts with your graduation date by July 15, 2014. If we do not receive your final official transcripts by this date, your admission may be rescinded. If applicable, submit any AP results or college transcripts. If you have taken college work to satisfy a high school subject matter requirement, you need to submit your final official college transcript(s) by July 15, 2014. Satisfy your ELM (Entry Level Math) and/or EPT (English Placement Test) placement requirements. These requirements can be satisfied in a number of ways including through the submission of high SAT or ACT scores, satisfactory completion of the EAP, or the ELM and/or EPT exam(s). More information visit www.fullerton.edu/testing/. The last date to take the tests is May 3, 2014 and we must receive your scores by June 23, 2014. Beginning January, you will have access to view your Early Start Program (ESP) status through the Smart Page located within the Student Center. The Smart Page will have not only your ESP status, but ELM and EPT status. If you are required to take ESP for Math and/or English, you can choose where you plan to satisfy your ESP requirement within the Smart Page after you accepted your offer of admission. You must complete the Smart Page by June 1, 2014. Sign up for New Student Orientation (NSO) by May 15, 2014.
