To whom it may concern, The purpose of this letter is to recommend Natalie Edge as a teacher in your school. I have had the opportunity to get to know Natalie over the past 5 months as a student teacher in my classroom. Natalie has done an amazing job of developing her teaching craft and learning how best to work with students to meet their educational needs. Natalie has developed engaging lesson plans that have challenged students as well as kept them excited to learn. Natalies lessons have also done a great job teaching students math applications in the real world. One area where I have really been impressed with Natalie is her willingness to be coached and her dedication to constantly improve. As with most new teachers, Natalie initially had some areas that could be improved. But when I and others have had the opportunity to speak with Natalie she has responded well to suggestions and feedback. Natalie has made positive changes to her classroom management and student relationships and as a result Natalies overall teaching and student performance have improved. Many people would have been stubborn and had the mindset that they didnt need to change their methods, but instead Natalie was gracious for the support and suggestions and implemented the ideas into her teaching. Her willingness to adapt and improve is a vital trait in good teachers and I feel will help Natalie strive constantly to be a strong teacher. Natalie will be a fantastic teacher wherever she goes. Your school, or school, district, would benefit greatly from having her in your building. Natalie knows what it takes to help students improve and be strong in the classroom.
