Objectives for Country Studies


Support incremental work at both the macro and micro/sectoral levels that:

Analyzes the determinants of growth and the binding constraints that hinder it, with particular attention to those constraints that are most relevant to the poor, and/or Analyzes specific microeconomic/sectoral constraints that make it difficult for the poor and other excluded groups (e.g., defined by region of residence, ethnicity, gender) to participate in and contribute to shared growth.
