Critically discuss the relevance of theories of consumer and buyer behavior at your chosen organization. Compare consumer theories of buyer behavior with business buying behavior theories. Consider the relevance of buyer behavior theories from the consumer AND business point of view at the AIRLINE. Describe and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the various approaches/ arguments and then draw conclusions.

Explain how marketing contributes to your organization. Give examples of marketing contribution at two additional and different types of business organization.

Task 3 (IMLO 3)
Select and apply three marketing management tools and/ or techniques for your selected organization. Explain their benefits and limitations both generally and to your chosen organization.

Task 4 (IMLO 4)
Evaluate the changing nature of marketing practice, placing emphasis on digital technologies. Assess the contribution of such changes to your chosen organization.
