Entry Information

Entry Fee is $75 which covers your competition fees, meat and competition site and 1 t-shirt (others will be
available for purchase).
The rib competition will be judged by a 3 member panel. The competition will consist of ribs (provided by the
contest) and 2 sides of your choice provided by your team. The sides will be judged as a peoples choice
competition.
Electricity and water will be provided but you will need to provide your own electrical cords.
If you need a campsite for the weekend call Riverside RV Park @ 580-886-4012.
Any weather accommodations for the challenge must be provided by the BBQ team.
Each team must have their own cooker.
Entry fees must be cash or check. No credit cards will be accepted.
