Humanitarian, Mechanical-Engineer, Physicist, Inventor, Entrepreneur, Artist, Environmentalist, Parent Mission Statement: Creating the means to sustain happy healthy productive lives long into the future. HUMANITARIAN-PROJECT:.....CLOVER-HUB, FUNDS ASKED... $30 MILLIONS, via 6 x $5M TWO MONTHLY TRAUNCHES. The Challenge:

Creating 1.5 acres+ of organic grass from only 120 feet.

Multi-Century, use of DOMES for the Growing of Grasses/Flowers/Herbs/Berries/Crops/ Bio-Matter for Food/Seed/Bio Fuel Production and for Manufacturing and Mass Production of New and Existing Products plus Employment Creation, Economic Driver Revitalisation Hub, Trade Station, Postal Courier Depot, Disaster Shelter. CLOVER-HUBs consist of 3 x 120 ft+ Diameter x 72 ft+ High Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Domes built adjacent to each other to form a Triple Clover Leaf Configuration, connected via subterranean transit corridors to leave the surface area clear for further use. Wind freely flows through the clear open triangular area between the 3 domes causing a natural and unique upward flowing vortex which is captured via a uniquely designed and silent sail-blade wind driven electricity generation set up. Transit corridors below ground serve to maintain a pressurised semi tropical environment inside each individual dome which assists rapid unstressed plant growth. Each Dome is sealable to maintain a warm swirling air bubble inside which can be cooled to promote budding, flowering and fruiting. Corridors also having automatic spring loaded doors to prevent cold air (and if required, flood waters) from entering or in extreme situations provide protection from Cyclones, Hurricanes or Tsunami wave inundation. The Clover-Hubs are specifically designed for use as an evacuation center/safe haven during a major disaster and likely to be the only fully functional structure for many kilometres around after such a destructive event. It is at this point the solar/hydrogen fuelled electric WINGLESS extreme range drones and ultra-lights vertical takeoff crafts also manufactured within a portion of the facility will be deployed for search and rescue and disaster relief work and collection and hygienic disposal of decomposing remains etc. Potential funders are asked to note having this protective capability at hand far outweighs the costs of establishment, remembering such cost will be quickly recovered. Having sustainable food, water, power available as well as a full laboratory-med come tech lab on hand after a major disaster offers peace of mind to those living within the vicinity of the complex. This project is to be replicated worldwide and may in remote areas serve as an investment vehicle for indigenous groups and private pension funds. The internal area of each Dome is specifically designed to use a novel staggered staircase system of floors, each of which are individually attached in such manner as to be able to slowly revolve around a central steel pipe column. Each floor as it turns is bathed with low power low heat LED lights set at specific frequencies. This technique is well proven to accelerate growth rate when sprayed using fine mist of nutrient doped water. The growing medium is pumice and fine stone aggregates with each floor as required specifically set up for the fast growing of fodder type grasses and flowering crops etc for fresh livestock feed. Excess beyond daily stock need is dried via solar kiln and baled or chopped into fine fodder and mixed with other natural mineral additives for packaging and sale. Crops will consist of grasses-clover-lucernes-flowers, herbs, seedlings, shrubs, berries and vegetable food crops. New Zealand is a agricultural country with near three times more grass eating animals than its 4.5 million people and like many food exporting countries is totally reliant upon grass reared animal products to produce meat, milk, skins, leather and wool for their own and export customers' needs. Production from the rearing of cattle, sheep, goat, deer, fowl, duck, fish and others all require grasses, seeds, fruits and vegetables in their diet.

2 For example in and around the local area where this first center is to be established there are hundreds of local farms and lifestyle / hobby blocks which have a diverse array of livestock/pets/horse and birds such as geese and ducks that will readily consume all produce able to be grown in these centres. Market research worldwide shows us that owners are quite willing to pay a premium price per kilogram simply because the grass grown is insect, spore, pollen and pesticide free. The reader should note clean pesticide free organically grown grass is now extremely important for the raising of high value organically reared animal, bird and fish (grass carp) stock. Cows, sheep, goat being raised either for milking or meat production while providing the benefit of great skins of leather from goats and cows and wool from sheep. In many future facilities where bio-security is not an issue this be this done using the ground floor area of the domes or where natural grass pests are not a problem external to the facility or in adjacent paddocks. In addition to cashflow generation purposes via the growing of plant materials the upper top floors atop the central lift column in one dome only as a secure 3D Additive Manufacturing-R&D multi-product producing, assembly come mass production export center. The other two floors fitted out as an accommodation unit for the Managing Directors' residence and the other floor area as a state of the art tech/med/laboratory which also houses a bio reactor catalyst system for the making fuels from plant matter wastes and is another proprietary technology and one of many to be utilised in these Clover Hub facilities. This 3D Printer product development center/ mass production factory serves as additional major income generating, job creation unit which will be a hallmark of these centres via the use of top of the line industrial grade ALM Laser/Electron Beam/UV light 3D Printers for the mass production of thousands of high value cashflow items for both local and export markets. First becoming aware of printers in the mid eighties a study of their potential markets and usage was begun which continues unabated in an effort to identify many thousands of everyday and not so common and difficult to find and produce products/parts able to be printed to meet existing and new markets for quick sale worldwide. Most markets identified and being targeted via these facilities are worth tens to hundreds of millions and potentially billions per annum and certainly worth a large volume mass production run or two. An opportunity identified and ignored is an opportunity lost never to be revisited. Annual repeatability a functionality of many markets have now been comprehensively identified. Numerous small markets also exist for millions of niche products found to be in very high demand and in need of mass production printers to satisfy. Printers can make several parts able to be joined to make one functional items. These include high spec aviation and engineering components and those able to build better faster larger 3D printers for use as automated production systems. Such systems are specifically required to forge larger framed super tough components which able to be packaged into an easy and quick to assemble Kit Set montage of my proprietary Wingless UAV-RC-Drone come Peddle/Electric Ultralight. This new wingless Coanda VTOL heavy lifter craft is a major paradigm shift for safe easy to fly anti-crash flight for mankind. Yes we are talking about the mass production of a very high spec human peddle-electric-dynamo-battery-cell minimalistic and very easy safe to flying trike. The craft's minimalistic design helps to keep mass production costs low with the flying trike nigh unbreakable via the use of carbon dope super materials and ''hopefully'' near idiot proof to operate. The loss of power which usually results in a very fast trip down to crash upon the ground problem is virtually eliminated with this new craft via the craft having a Tetrahedron frame structure with natural low centre of gravity where the pilot is positioned. The Center of Gravity position fully adjustable to accommodate various pilot/passenger/cargo weight differences. This CG is supported overhead at three even points in the perfect weight apportionment ratio for optimum balance for flight via six axis's by three two meter diameter dimpled carbon fibre discs with openings in their centres to allow air to pass through. The three disc's are spun via peddling or electric motor to create lift and vice versa generate resistance against rapid descent via autorotation which in turn provides excellent glide characteristics. The most efficient way to fly is to peddle like heck to get up high and then stop peddling or turn the motor off and use its exceptional glide capabilities to fly far and fast in silence. Thus by specific geometric design the craft is inherently safe and is a natural glider and a radical new and easy to fly personal aerial

3 transport craft that without pilot weighs less than 50kg. Yet it is able to liftoff vertically and flown depending on one's fitness or power reserves an unlimited range in complete silence and safety. Should one run out of puff to peddle, ''the craft'', will automatically descend at well under 20km per hr to prevent damage to pilot and frame and has special landing shocks to absorb heavy sudden impacts. A slow controlled decent can also be achieved via auto-rotation of the upper triple dimple discs in their triangular arrangement whereupon the air getting caught under the lip of the upper discs is forced via autorotation back past the prop/turbine and through the centre opening to function as a slowly revolving triple parachute while descending. This has a tremendous air-braking effect to slow decent and is automatic by design to overcome human error and idiocy. The three dimpled Frisbee like Discs with the large holes in the center of the discs affixed to rotate atop flexible carbon fibre titanium wire alloy spars with an adjustable pilot seat set lower at center of gravity just above the peddle/electric/battery-crank. The use of the Tetrahedron configuration assuring a safe landing at all times in all conditions including strong blustery side winds and for added safety is designed to float or land and takeoff from water. Please see recently developed ''Copenhagen Wheel'' for electric bikes to be able to learn how our triple disc craft is able to be powered by human effort. A non electric....peddle-magnetic assist version will also be mass produced for both the leisure and commercial markets. The site chosen for this first centre is located near the Port of Tauranga in an area where wind can be captured for power generation purposes. When operational some fifty and more people will be permanently employed and hundreds more locally as system bed in. It is logical from the outset to presume that once this center has been proved the success it is designed to be, much larger humanitarian funding will be sought for expansion of this CLOVER-HUB concept all over the world. Such funding will be sought either via invitation into the programs or registration and issuance of twenty to thirty year bonds with an annual coupon yield of between 5 to 7.5% or higher and for shorter terms if need be. As one may be able to see by what is written these domes are designed to serve as nigh indestructible cashflow generating centres for the very very long term with the specific intent to re-produce more of the same worldwide. They are ideal very secure low risk investment operation without the overburden of insurance costs. Method of Construction Unlike other contemporary structures the Dome can be constructed rapidly, with the three being completed within three months. Dome 1 will be fully completed prior to the beginning of Domes 2 and 3. This will allow an income to be generated sooner rather than later, with product being available from Dome 1 by the time Dome 3 is due for completion. In an effort to guarantee these Domes have an extremely long useful life a very hard shell is made using a special fly ash mix into the aerated concrete slurry including the addition of chicken wire mesh embedded within the concrete to strengthen against possible impact and to act as a faraday cage. This is required to block incoming signals and to protect sensitive internal electronic systems, such as sat-nav-guidance systems and sensitive avionics sensors and meters. To ensure longevity and to prevent internal rusting of steel within the concrete of the Dome shell over a long period of time which would weaken the structure non rust basalt rod is used for reinforcing thus increasing the probable life span of the structure to many hundreds if not several thousand years. Upon completion of the Shell the 2 meter diameter steel pipe sections are stacked and joined together on top of each other then welded and bolted together with steel collars with track channels added at the joints. The ends of the floor spars have roller bearings attached which are inserted into the channel which allow the staggered staircase floors to independently revolve around the column. The spars are the connected with cross bracing and then tensioned with stainless steel cable support ties and overlaid with corrugated semi clear perforated plastic sheeting upon which the pumice growth medium is spread. Further cables are strung to which the LED lighting, water hoses and mist spray heads are clipped and then grass seed sown. The slowly rotating floors exposing plants grown on that specific floor to the correct light ratios required for optimum growth. This allows different grasses and crops to be grown on each floor. This central column serves as the internal lift shaft and rises from below ground level where the water storage and sewerage tanks are installed and rises up to within three meters of the retractable clear apex

4 dome. For additional and independent power to the 3D solid printer lab-workshop atop the column other than the mains system flexible solar panels are fitted round the base of the apex. This top floor area (with direct sunlight to make for easier quality control for parts inspections) is where a number of industrial grade 3/D Additive Manufacturing-Printers, with assembly tooling and test equipment forms the workshop R&D lab. It is situated directly below the clear apex dome where natural daylight can enter to assist with visual inspection of items, components and mechanical parts which have been produced prior to further assembly sale and export. It also makes for a better overall working environment. The lab's location atop the central column with access by lift only was specifically designed as a security measure to protect designs, knowhow and intellectual property and also to prevent possible theft of critical components custom designed products and other complex technologies likely to be made within. It is here the reader is reminded that the workshop has various types of 3D Printers using differing fusion techniques which are able to use different materials and fusion means to make some extremely valuable items and products using a combination of exotic materials and shapes and not restricted to only one as is the case with most set-ups. Having this advantage in one small area gives Engineering and CAD/CAM Design staff capability to be able to produce some rather exotic creations and some very advanced aerospace components too. This multi-print setup allowing for the production of once impossible to produce items with curved pipeline channelling within tooling and fabrication of hollow products unable to be produced using current subtractive crafting methods of CNC and sand casting etc. Further Humanitarian Considerations The primary and secondary function of the CLOVER-HUB wherever located is to serve as a recognisable location suitable for a congregation of people to gather regularly for various socially good interactive purposes. This may simply be a short trip and stopover to purchase fresh produce, meat, milk, vegetables or other or just to trade items while also picking up or sending parcel or post. Others may come to bring parts or components from broken appliances, cars, bikes or work machines to be scanned for instant replacement via the use of the 3D Solid Printing Workshop. Each facility via the use of drones for hire by the hour will provide a dial in pick-up and delivery service using the person's cell phone to determine GPS location for example. With each centre having a 3D Solid Printer Workshop it allows it to serve as a multi-product mass production part, component producer come post, parcel, produce, transmission agency worldwide via the use of the flying drones. They can serve as standalone bases for remote areas, Australian Outback, Siberia, Sahara Dessert, Himalaya, Antarctica etc. It's very long term economic trade effects will help communities to flourish while providing an abundance of low cost low energy use consumables which in turn become the drivers for permanent work for many thousands. All Monolithic Domes built in the manner described here to date have proven to be disaster proof and also highly resistant to military missile and bomb attack through the top and externally. In light of these added precautions one can with absolute confidence expect CLOVER-HUB facilities to last and remain operational with only a minimum of maintenance for many centuries. Their longevity continually providing a raft of positive benefits to flow to local communities decade after decade century after century while providing peace of mind to locals as an easy to reach refuge where they can be safe from the numerous disasters to be expected and now ravaging our ailing world daily. It is logical to assume these centres are likely to be the only functioning buildings still standing with electricity, water, food and bio-fuel supplies for many kilometres around after a major disaster has pulverised a region back to the stone age and thus are critical structures to have if one's community town or small city wants to survive long term.

5 Production Outcomes

Formula: 2lb + Water + Light + Nano-NutriFuuds + 10 Days = 15lb

The growing of Grass-Flowers-Vegetables-Herbs-Berry-Crops -Seedlings-Bulbs, Vegetables and others including bees for honey production. All plant fodder products are grown for further Food-Production activities via livestockFattening, Breeding, Wool, Meat, Milking, production of Milk-Powder, Whey-Cheese, Hay-Chaff-Silage--InsulationBedding and much more including the raising of fowls, ducks etc. A by-product of each CLOVER-HUB is provision of permanent long-term-employment-and food security with flow on improvement of the local area economy, with each of the centres having obvious inbuilt potentials for greatly increased outputs using novel means and subsequent exports. Immediate funding drawdown required to start is = USD $5 Millions. Full Seed Funding of $30 Millions is required to complete this project over a period of one year is to be paid in 90 Day traunches of USD $5 Million while work continues towards completion until the total of Thirty Million United States Dollars $30,000,000, is paid. Project team leader is the writer of this summary Mr Michael Pedlar in his Professional capacity as CEO/Engineer/Physicist and a small team of highly skilled staff all living local within the area. Projects designed to create employment and export opportunities throughout the region have the full support of the local communities and regional authorities. Approximate Cash Only input value expended to fund Research & Development between the years 1980/2013 approximately NZD $30 Millions, with true-Labour-Time-Costs being evaluated for ten people working consistently on several cross relative projects over a fifty year period is conservatively valued at over USD $200 Millions. To date there are many existing and long operating projects and business which are outcomes of these numerous privately funded works many continuing to make positive and active contributions worldwide. Let the reader understand that much of this hard won knowledge is now being applied across key economic sectors and are multi-century of influence and scope. Even though this project appears easy of achievement via the descriptions here there is much not mentioned which must be applied and integrated in proper order during the establishment phase to ensure proper functioning of the centre. These tweaks to the core mechanisms requiring a high degree of engineering expertise and lateral thinking so as to ensure the integrated mechanisms being employed run perfectly as designed to do so from day one. I designed it and it is only right and proper I build it and in doing such at a much faster pace than another not familiar with the design could. To be the success these facilities are designed to be an uninterruptable supply of electricity is required which will be provided via the use of my own proprietary renewable energy generation technologies, the original prototypes of which were developed in 1997 via Inertialess Drive Corporation and later refined in China. A number of these compact high power output generators will be made and then attached to the sides of each Dome. Much of the components to make these power generators, emissions reduction technologies and many other proprietary products developed during the last thirty years of R&D will be produced using the in-house 3D printer workshop. Most of the grass from this first production unit is to be used to fatten animals in adjacent paddocks for a percentage of earnings from the sale of the animals to the local abattoir for meat. The same grass will be processed into various high cashflow products for local sale and export to overseas markets via the Port of Tauranga. The grass by being grown in a pest and spray free environment is not subject to import export restrictions that would normally apply. Whatever the final usage of the Domes the public do not at any time have to enter unless working there or on business. The only time the public must be allowed access is to provide protection from major disasters and this is why these Clover-Hubs are to serve as landmarks able to be seen from distance. Once fully producing and sustainable income streams have been established and continually growing a portion of the surplus can then be committed towards repaying establishment costs and put aside towards the construction of another centre.

6 Thus in following through with the plan as laid out here each project will be capable of generating the necessary sums to be able to repay borrowed funds well under the ten year term such burrowed funding would be required for. Once uninterruptable cashflow streams are proven secure ten, twenty or thirty year bonds may be issued to retire borrowings and to fund new centres worldwide. A listing on the HK Exchange may also be entertained. This low risk investment option is further enhanced and attractive to the market via the fact the grass which is the primary consumable of this growing operation is maintained 24 hours per day 7 days a week and is housed within a protected controlled environment of superstrong Domes. The overburden of insurance costs which effectively acts as a tax has scuttled many a well intended humanitarian project out of existence as plant and buildings aged. This is negated from the start via the use of non corroding materials and the use of few electric force driven mechanisms. These positives when combined with the fact that these centres create/collect their own water via proprietary evaporation condensation systems and uses less than 10% of the water captured or created out of thin air and low energy requirements are very big pluses to have. Such costs would be much higher should the same growth rates of between 200/300% over the norm be attempted outdoors remembering the grass produced within these facilities whether flowering types or not have a price premium well above that of normal grass grown outdoors in paddocks. This due to the fast uptake of the very high nutrient water-food mixture and lack of pesticides, insect pests and dirt. This project is designed in three parts with each part serving a role towards specified outcomes with the object of such facilities being replicated either on a smaller or larger scale for job creation purposes worldwide. The establishment of such Clover Dome Centres should be a rather straight forward exercise using blow up airforms, local labour and spray on concrete slurry. All equipment and tools necessary to erect a centre are able to be packed into two forty foot containers and shipped anywhere in the world. The finished Domes lasting for centuries and their shape making them automatic people magnets and one does wonder why Domes made using airforms and sprayed with concrete are not in common usage. In these times of rapid climate change they are a must should one seek to survive long term. The project and mechanisms described here for the set up of a grow dome is practical and readily attainable near anywhere upon the planet and even under water. Other income using the exterior of the dome can also be attempted depending upon location. A simple example for use in hot tropical or dessert countries is to erect tarpaulin shade eves type canopies around the exterior of the Domes using eyelets or hooks screwed into the shell. The overhanging eves extending out and fixed to long poles which may be either stuck into the ground or simply rested against rim of the dome and secured by stainless steel cables. The shaded area between poles rented for a minimum amount per month, the rent producing additional income while promoting the location as a gathering place for people to come sell their wares and produce and thus creating a regular flea/produce market type setting. As already mentioned one of the top floor areas within one of the Domes is to serve as the 3D Printer Workshop R&D Lab which will house several large commercial machines to make a broad array of immediately saleable for cash items, parts, components, artworks, specialist tools, and medical equipment etc. Many products, parts, fittings, fastenings etc made of various specialised metals, plastics, ceramics-glass, and alloy-nano-carbon materials will also be produced in very large quantities. As an Engineer of broad experience my insight into what industry, commercial and business people will buy if they can 'get it made' is priceless. Many such items are extremely small and yet demand a price premium and there are many thousands of such products currently required. Machines will also make parts for robotic production and assembly systems for proprietary owned products for export. For those unfamiliar with the 3 Dimensional Solid Printing or Additive Manufacturing Process as it is now commonly known uses powder mixtures of materials, made of refined crushed fines ores, plastic beads, glass-sands, carbon silicon materials, polymers, nylon and liquid solutions etc. These raw or pre-processed mixtures of materials are fused together to make final items via the use of lasers, optical flash, or electron beam guided by Computer Aided Design programs. The process heats the fine layers of powders into their molten states which then merge and upon cooling harden into the completed component or part exactly as designed and directed via CAD/Computer Aided Design software or scanned and copied from another. There is ample benefit in redesigning and producing in bulk common everyday consumable products using different materials and different machines in one setting.

7 Collaborative use of differing types of printer set ups can produce products of large dimension-size and complex once thought impossible components, objects and shapes including ultrafine filigree metal structures. Example: Macro/Midi/Mini Robots or robotic autonomous systems, Bionics, Cybernetic and Animatronics systems. Other than making all components for the grass growing and other yet to be constructed CLOVER production centres these machines will mass produce a KIT SET of parts for fast assembly of my proprietary Triple Disc Wingless Craft...UAV/RC/Drones and Piloted Heavy Lifter Ultralights. The non military market for such craft over the next three years alone is estimated to be worth over $10 Billion and will increase rapidly over the next decade. These same machines will also be making all the required custom made robotic attachments for the VTOL flying drones to do various work functions and operations in the field along with custom designed components to make larger printer systems to make larger components for larger products. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.
