Below is the experience of a participant of a workshop on Time Management in at Pulau Aman.

The Workshop on Time Management was held in Pulau Aman. We took the boat Pulau Aman from Butterworth. We checked into Pulau Aman resort. After we had unpacked, we went for lunch and a briefing about discipline and allocation of duties for our different groups. In the evening, we went sightseeing around the island. Next day, the workshop starts with talks and seminar on the importance of time management. We were thought on the importance of time management. We were taught on how to plan time to play and work. The organisers had games to teach us time management. After lunch, there were activities to put ideas of time management into practice. These activities included visits to Waterfall Aman, Ayu Botanical Garden and Ayu Jambu Air Orchard. The following day, after breakfast, we had a clean up beach campaign to show organizational skill and team work. At night, we went jungle trekking to put the skill into practice. The organizers praised us for interest and good team work. On the last day, we visited the village and handicraft centre. After lunch, we took the ferry the mainland. All in all, it was a good workshop and trip.
